Our main intention for this healing is to return the waters to their original pure crystalline blueprint, and to add to their abundance for the nourishment of ALL living things on the planet.

The sun will be setting around 6:50 on Saturday March 20th.Sunset is at 6:50 with the mountains.
I think the equinoxes are are about the calm balance, so don’t have a big event planned. It’s about what is arising so we can do an impromptu thing, circle of hands, song or silence. If anyone has something to share, that is good.
Please join us.

Also, if you want pictures of the alignment on the stone, Friday might be better as there won’t be as many people in the circle.

Circles for Peace is a Vermont grassroots non-profit organization that is based on the philosophy that inner peace and inner strength can be restored by witnessing the rhythms and cycles of nature.

Our first project is The Burlington Earth Clock.

We are building The Burlington Earth Clock on land provided by the Burlington Parks Department at Blanchard Beach on the bike path just north of Oakledge Park (a popular spot for watching the sunset).

Plans include the development of an educational curriculum for K-12 in the areas of science and math, art and history.

We are currently fundraising to complete landscaping, install information signs and the 6′ granite sundial in the middle of the circle.

The City of Burlington has offered a $2500 matching grant as support.

An intimate lecture by Dr. Patrick MacManaway – a third generation holistic therapist with a degree in Medicine and training in both eastern and western earth-centered healing practices. The author of Dowsing for Health, creative consultant for the Burlington Earth Clock and past President of the British Society of Dowsers, he brings a holistic perspective to enhancing the health and vitality of landscape & of our relationship with place.

Primal cultures view the world as having an underlying life force – of chi or prana – moving through the landscape much as chi moves in meridians through the human body, characterizing the qualities of place in each and every location. Nodal points – or dragons eyes – are places of exaggerated atmosphere and elemental power, historically used for the siting of sacred spaces, temples and churches. Early agricultural practices seeking to balance these factors in the landscape have recently been shown to increase the growing season and to directly affect the health of plant, animal and human health. This emerging knowledge is now becoming integrated into both holistic and mainstream practices in many European countries with great promise for enhancing our immediate domestic and working environments as well as guiding stewardship practices in the landscape at large.
